Cancellation Policy

At Superrkart, we understand that plans may change. This policy is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for all our customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at superrkartstore@gmail.com

  • Or contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 7488944497
     Please include your order number in your message.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Note: Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other unofficial platforms will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the steps outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller Cancellations
 Superrkart reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • The address or contact information provided is incomplete or invalid.

  • The order is flagged as high-risk or suspicious by our payment system.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund if payment has already been made.
